PARTICIPATION IN CONGRESS UIAs in Durban
Ordinary Congress UIA, held once every three years , will be held in Durban , South Africa , from 3 to 7 August 2014 . Congress theme "Architecture everywhere » (ARCHITECTURE OTHERWHERE). To participate offers several possibilities. Currently, ends up a program of the participants .

PRESENTATION SUMMARY until October 31, 2013
We invite architects from around the world to send in their ideas on the main theme of the Congress , or one of the following sub- topics:

STABILITY : assistance in its absence , a spatial analysis of the economy and manifestations
ENVIRONMENT : In regard to the concepts of time , evolution, systems, processes and decision-making in the long term
VALUES : new approaches to professional practice , teaching and improving knowledge about architecture

Registration for the student competition to October 31, 2013
'Warwick Junction' (« Warwick Road interchange ") - a place in the center of Durban , which is the subject of an international competition of students of architectural schools around the world.
The aim of the competition is to highlight issues related to the complex ecology of Warwick Junction and its economic, social and cultural dynamics, by offering a solution to the question for the benefit of the entire community.
Registration will be held until October 31, 2013 , and projects must be submitted by 31 March 2014 .

Scientific Council of the names of the seven main speakers who will discuss the most important issues related to architecture , environment and urban planning in Africa and around the world . Here are the names : the architect from Burkina Faso Francis Kere, the architect of Ghana JoeOsae-Addo, architect of South Africa Sindile Ngonyama, the architect of India, Professor of the Department of Urban Planning and Design , a graduate of the Harvard School of Design Rahul Mehrotra, founder of Architecture for Humanity Cameron Sinclair, an American expert on urban planning, Susannah Drake, and the architect of Mexico's Gerardo Salinas.
