Cutting-edge technologies, materials, structures, electronic and automatic equipment are used in design and realization of this challenging project. Best international and national companies highly reputable for projects of worldwide importance participated in the development of the center. To manage this multi-aspect, stunningly huge and complicated process of design and construction where dozens of Russian and foreign companies join their efforts a unique system of management and coordination was required.
